Awesome fantasy Adventure

Dragon WarsDragon Wars by Emily Fogle

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Terrific creative fantasy. Get lost in another world, with incredibly intense emotions, and the growth of a young boy who goes from his worst fears of a playground bully to protecting those he loves with honor and glory. A page turner akin to a fantasy version of C.S. Lewis where honor, glory, and love rule above evil and darkness.
The author does an excellent job of character development as well as pictoral descriptions. You feel like you are part of the new world. I was wrapped in dragon scales, and felt the coldness darkness.
Many praises for this first time novel. I can’t wait to see more from Ms. Fogle.

Wow! Wow! Wow! OverWowed!

Sacrifice (Gryphon, #3)Sacrifice by Stacey Rourke

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Three wow’s for the third book in Ms. Rourke’s series. The family, starring the gryphon battles evil, with more wit and even better banter. This is definitely the darkest of the series and extremely fast paced, making it hard to put down and even more difficult when you get to the end.
Without ruining the story, my heart pours out with the characters as they suffer the demands of living dual lives, dealing with love, family, and the pressures of being the chosen ones to fight evil.
As they continue to develop in their journey, Ms. Rourke develops in her writing making this what will hopefully someday become a classic trilogy.

Fabulous Femmes exemplify Fern!

Fern (Blood Vine, #2)Fern by Amy Richie

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I found Fern to be an incredible story of a female coming to know her true strength and power. Learning to rely on herself and trust in the love of others. As she battles with herself as well as her enemies, the author does a great job of leading us through the story. As though we were walking/running/morphing with Willow.
The author pulls together her story lines well and expertly describes the love and relationships between all the members of her pack. I was instantly drawn in by the lively banter as well as the realistic integrations between characters.
She develops a very interesting plot and keeps the reader interested thourough as well as providing great action scenes and lots of surprises. I didn’t want to put it down.

All in All I would give Fern a five star rating it is refreshing, and unique as well as a great page turner and I would highly recommend if for someone looking for a great book to read.

All film star Avery O’Dea has ever wanted is a normal home life outside of her career. Meeting Dominic Ramsey, albeit not through the best of circumstances, has made that dream a reality. A few months into their marriage, she’s finally living the kind of life she’s always wished for off-screen. So when their first Valentine’s Day comes around, she expects nothing less than what other girls get on the most romantic day of the year: chocolates, flowers, seduction … the works!

When Dominic Ramsay first met his beautiful wife, Avery, he was a struggling photographer and was able to devote much of his time to supporting her demanding career. Track forward twelve months and Dom is now very much in demand after successful showings of his work. He’s been offered the chance of a lifetime to work on a shoot in Paris and accepts the job, even though he’s been away from home a lot in recent times. Valentine’s Day is just commercialism gone mad, he reasons, and he’s sure Avery won’t mind that they celebrate on a different day.

Avery is crushed when the gift she receives from Dom makes her wonder if he knows her at all. Dom starts to wonder if Avery liked him better when he could devote much of his time to her. A chance meeting in an airport and advice from the most unlikely of sources just might make them realize what they have to hold on to and that the best gift of all is right under their noses?

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Gift Review
Very steamy tale of a Hollywood couple working through issues that we all experience!
Well told, and well woven, this is a terrific Valentine’s Day story! Avery and Dominic lead us through a ups and downs of any relationship. The differences between men and women are clearly evident, as well as masterfully exploited. However in the end, the couple discovers what’s truly important.
Elise Marion delivers an enthralling, tempting, and sensuous story that is perfect for Valentine’s Day or any other day when you need a great love story.

The Secret Life of Avery is a star!

The Secret Life of Avery O'DeaThe Secret Life of Avery O’Dea by Elise Marion

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Tantalizing and tempting. You can’t put this down. From the moment you start reading the Hollywood background draws you in to a much juicier and intense Nottinghill story.
Ms. Marion does a wonderful job of bringing her two main characters to live and describing them both in a way that makes them truly complimentary, where you are desperate for their happiness from page one. As you read through their troubles I found myself lost in the glamor and enjoying every minute of an afternoon dedicated to a great couple that is still with me.
